Privacy policy

ILC Ausbildung is a service of ILC Institut, Carrefour Auberges, opposite Banque AGB, Bafoussam. For a question about your data, write to contact@ilc-institut.com.

When you create an account and prepare your file, we store the information you give us.

• Identity: last name, first names, date of birth, nationality
• Contact: phone, email address, city
• File documents: diplomas, identity document, certificates, CV and letters
• Application tracking: companies, statuses and appointments

This data is used to prepare and follow your Ausbildung placement in Germany: building the file, sending applications and arranging appointments.

Your data is stored in the ILC Ausbildung application. The ILC team accesses it to follow your file. It is also shared with the Ausbildung employers (Betriebe) you apply to, for that placement.

Documents from a closed file are deleted after the retention period set by ILC, 12 months by default after closure.

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@ilc-institut.com.

The Google Calendar used is the ILC administrator’s calendar. It is used only to create Google Meet appointments with you. To create the invitation, your name and email address are sent to Google. ILC does not access data from your Google account.

Use of data obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirement.
